while karen and i were attending the 2009 midwest smart car rally, we met erik schwanz, the service specialist at smart milwaukee. he invited us to visit during our vacation so, after spending a few day in door county, we took him up on it. while we we there, they did our 10,000 mile service, which was done in no time at all. they couldn't have been nicer and, as you can see below, erik even took us on a tour of their "one of a kind" 5-car smart stack! the brand manager, ryan lenfestey, has not only a beautiful facility, but a great bunch of people working for him, too!
